There's a quiet demonstration of stunning ignorance throughout Michigan today.
Michigan citizens are incredibly adept at these sorts of demonstrations.
When our unemployment rate lead the nation, there were protests in Lansing to repeal the motorcycle helmet law.
When companies like Electrolux were closing their factories and moving to Mexico, the right to establish a dove hunting season made it all the way to the ballot box.
And now that the structure of the state's education system is threatened by diverting dollars to big business, these folks are worried that guns aren't allowed on college campuses so they're openly, proudly wearing empty holsters to class today.
Wouldn't it be quicker and a lot less work to simply scrawl MORON across their foreheads?
Everyone would know where they stood on this (and a lot of other) issues.
